Fundamental precept of repentance nasuha
Surah At- Tahrim
يا أيها الذين آمنوا توبوا إلى الله توبة نصوحا عسى ربكم أن يكفر عنكم سيئاتكم ويدخلكم جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار
Meaning : O ye who believe , repent to Allah with taubatan nasuhaa ( the purely repentance ) . Hopefully your Lord will cover your sins and put you in Jannah beneath flowing rivers
Surah Al - Baqarah 2:222
إن الله يحب التوبين ويحب المتطهرين
Meaning : Verily, Allah loves those who repent and loves those who purify themselves .
EMQ 3 : 133-134
وسارعوا إلى مغفرة من ربكم وجنة عرضها السموت والأرض أعدت للمتقي
الذين ينفقون فى السراء والضراء والكظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين
والذين إذا فعلوا فحشة أو ظلموا أنفسهم ذكروا الله فاستغفروا لذنوبهم ومن يغفرالذنوب إلاالله ولم يصروا على ما فعلوا وهم يعلمون
Meaning : Bersegaralah to forgiveness from your Lord and for Paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth, prepared for those who fear Allah
that is, people who spend their wealth in times of nor narrow and those who restrain anger and forgive people's mistakes and Allah loves those who do good .
And also the people who , if guilty of lewdness or persecute themselves they will remember God , then beg forgiveness of the sins they and anyone else who can forgive sins other than Allah ? And they did not pursue the heinous deed , knowingly .
Surat an - Nisa ' 4:17
إنما التوبة على الله للذين يعملون السوء بجهالة ثم يتوبون من قريب فأولئك يتوب الله عليهم وكان الله عليما حكيما
Meaning : Verily Allah repentance repentance is only for people who do evil ignorance , then they repent immediately , then they are the ones who received God's repentance ; and Allah is Knower, Wise .
Hadith narrated by Jamaat ( group of narrators ) :
كل بني آدم خطاء , وخير الخطائين التوابون
Meaning : Every son of Adam ( tend to ) make mistakes . And the best one is the one who repent .
Surah At- Repentance 9:104
ألم يعلموا أن الله هو يقبل التوبة عن عباده ويأخذ الصدقات وأن الله هو التواب الرحيم
Meaning : It is not they not know that Allah accepts repentance from His servants and receives charity, and that Allah is Oft repentance , Most Merciful ?
DEFINITION repentance nasuha
Nasuha repentance is repentance of sins done today and regret for sins he did in the past and promised not to do it again in the future medatang . If the sin is against esama or human error ( Hakk ul Adami ) , then the way is to apologize to him .
TERMS AND PROCEDURES repentance nasuha
There are two (2 ) types of errors that one to God and one to his fellow man .
Repentance RIGHTS CONCERNING GOD
Imam Nawawi said that there are three (3 ) requirements to implement nasuha repentance :
" قال العلماء : التوبة واجبة من كل ذنب ; فإن كانت المعصية بين العبد وبين الله - تعالى - لا تتعلق بحق آدمي , فلها ثلاثة شروط :
( أحدها ) : أن يقلع عن المعصية .
( والثاني ) : أن يندم على فعلها .
( والثالث ) : أن يعزم على ألا يعود إليها أبدا .
Meaning : Cleric says , repentance ( nasuha ) it must be done by every Muslim for the sins committed . If it is immoral between man and God - who is not related to the rights of human beings ( Hakk ul Adami ) , then there are three (3 ) requirements :
First , leave the behavior itself sin
Second , sorry for immoral acts that have been done .
Third , do not intend to do it again forever .
If not met the three requirements above , then the invalid repentance .
FELLOW HUMAN RIGHTS REGARDING repentance ( Adami Hakk ul )
First , leave the behavior itself sin

Fourth , freeing themselves from human rights wronged those ways as follows :
( a) If the property concerned with how to restore such property ;
( b ) If the non - material concerns like never defamatory , ngerasani ( backbiting ) , etc. then it should apologize to those concerned .
Repent in some particular sin is the sin of being valid in other sin still remains the opinion of Ahl-ul- haq .
Moreover , repentance should be accompanied by nasuha good deeds such as sin and multiply infaq alms to the poor , orphans or social foundations of Islam and the Sunnah of the other acts of worship .
LEGAL repentance nasuha
Nasuha repentance law is mandatory based on several verses in the Quran commands above and scholars agree ( ijma ) on the necessity of a Muslim to repent for sins he did .
SIGNS RECEIVED repentance
Repentance is accepted can be characterized by behavioral changes in terms of people who repent and leave sin obey the commands of God . In addition , he has increased ghirah or spirit of Islam by basing all his actions on the consideration of Islamic law
